As a Palestinian born and raised in Saudi Arabia, I was raised knowing two kinds of coffee that are served in a dallah. The Saudi coffee that is light and yellow and black Arabic coffee, which is completely different but served the same way. That is why in the background there is a mix of sadu, a type of Saudi weaving, and a Palestinian embroidery pattern. The calligraphy overlaying the image is by my father, Mostafa Hamadeh.
