The Migrant Kitchen's menus are influenced by Syrian, Mexican, Indian, and Southwestern flavors. The ingredients used are locally-sourced with a lean towards plant-based recipes, with some meat options. All iftar donations will be provided to The Abrar and Masjid At-Taqwa
